Are you ready to explore the world of psychology beyond the lecture halls? Under the umbrella of PSİKOMER, we are starting a Student Reading Group for Psychology students to read, debate, and share ideas about human experience and psychological concepts.

Across four sessions, we will explore books together, connect them with what we learn in our courses, and hear different perspectives from fellow students. If you enjoy reading and want to take part in thoughtful discussions, we would be glad to have you join us. You do not need to have a ready answer to every question—come prepared, bring your curiosity, and be open to others’ interpretations.

PS: You can read the books in your own language, the sessions will be held in English.

📅 The First Two Sessions

📘 Session 1: November 12, 2026

The books and dates for the remaining two sessions will be announced later.

📜 Attendance & Certification

The main goal is to learn and share together, and your commitment matters. Participants are expected to read each book before the meeting and attend regularly. Students who attend *all four sessions* will receive a *certificate of participation*.

💬 Tell Us Why You Would Like to Join

As part of the application, we will ask you to write a short statement about your motivation for joining the group. What interests you about these discussions, and what do you hope to gain from participating? A brief, personal response is welcome—we would like to hear your own thoughts.

⚠️ Limited Spots Available

To keep our discussions interactive and give everyone space to contribute, the group is limited to 15 Psychology students.

⏳ Application Deadline: October 18, 2026 (Sunday)

Applications will close ahead of the first meeting so that participants have time to read Man’s Search for Meaning.
